This manuscript leaf numbered 100 is a fragment of a sixteenth-century liturgical book bearing five-lined square notation and an abridged Latin text from the Magnificat, the canticle of Mary seen in the first chapter of Luke, as an antiphon, a verse to be sung prior to the reading of a psalm.
He took care of Israel, his servant, remembering his mercy, according to what he had promised to our fathers, in favor of Abraham and his race, forever.
Following the antiphon is the beginning of one of the Psalms, Confitebor tibe Domine . . .
