This silver crucifix was presented to Albert Outler when the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America Clergy-Laity Congress met in Dallas in 1986. The Clergy-Laity Congress is the highest legislative body of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese encompassing the entire Western hemisphere.
