- Description is exactly "<span>The design for Borges’ <em>Ficciones</em> is suggested by the mysterious encyclopedia described in “Tlön, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius.” The volume number is a hint from the infinite “Library of Babel.” English fine binding in full yellow goatskin with recessed onlays of black, silver and blue leather. The blind-tooled title and conservative decorations on the spine are evocative of early twentieth-century encyclopedias. The platinum-tooled phrase “Orbis Tertius” is complemented by three spheres. The hollow-back binding also features sewn silk headbands and marbled endpapers by Catherine Levine.</span>"
