Francis Asbury letter of introduction recommending Rev. William Blagborne to the preachers and members of the Methodist Episcopal Church, May 12, 1810.

William Blagborne (or Blackborne), an experienced Methodist preacher from England, was ordained a Deacon in the New York Conference in 1811 and an Elder in 1813. His ministry in New York was brief. In 1814 or 1815 he returned to England, where he died in 1816.
