This drawing of Albert Outler by Bruce A. Sayre served as the cover illustration for the Spring 1974 issue of Perkins Journal. Rev. Sayre (M.Th., Perkins School of Theology, 1976) currently serves as Pastor of the Main Street United Methodist Church in Dillon, South Carolina.
